CUSTARD MUFFINS 
3 oz. pkg. egg custard mix
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk or a little more if necessary
2 oz. sour cream
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Grease 12 large muffin tins. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, mix custard and sour cream. Sift flour and measure into cup lightly. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk and flour alternately into the custard mixture and mix well.

Fill prepared muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle tops with sugar or cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes until brown.
