SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese OR Ricotta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10 inch pie pan. Spread cheese over top of crust. In skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and peppers until meat is browned. Drain off grease. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Layer mixture on top of cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top and bake 5 minutes more. Option: Vegetables instead of meat. Partially cook your vegetables prior to filling crust.
