SPAGHETTI PIE 
3 c. cooked spaghetti, hot
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Mix together hot pasta, Parmesan cheese, egg and butter. Place in a pie plate and form "pie crust". In center, put ricotta cheese. Place over this your favorite recipe for spaghetti sauce. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into pie wedges to serve. This can be made ahead and frozen. Serves 5.
