SPINACH AND MACARONI PIE 
2 beaten eggs
3 c. cooked macaroni
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In medium bowl combine eggs, macaroni, 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture over bottom and sides of a greased 9 inch pie plate to form shell.

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. In another bowl mix spinach, Ricotta cheese, and nutmeg. Spoon this on top of paste lined plate. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce on top. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
