PORK CHOPS EDDIE 
4-6 pork chops, or pork steaks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 potato per person, washed & quartered
Onion, sliced in eighths (opt.)
Additional mushrooms (opt.)

Brown pork chops both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Some garlic, pleasoning. Place pork chops in bottom of casserole dish (single layer if possible). Cover with undiluted mushroom soup. Bake at 315 degrees for 40 minutes. Add quartered potatoes around the edges. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with a green side vegetable.
