CHOCOLATE CHIP FRUITCAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) chopped dates
2/3 c. (4 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. raisins
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in nuts, dates, chocolate chips and raisins. Set aside. In small mixing bowl at medium speed, beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Fold into reserved flour mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9 cup tube pan. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven until lightly browned and done, about 50 to 60 minutes.
