HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 qts. whole milk
2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
5 eggs, beaten well

Mix pudding, whole milk, sugar and eggs. Whip evaporated milk (which has been chilled in refrigerator) and fold into pudding mixture. Pour into freezer container and freeze.

This basic recipe makes vanilla ice cream. You may add 2 cups of your favorite sweetened chopped fruit.
