NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
5 eggs and 2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk or half and half
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 inch springform pan. Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Reduce oven to 200 degrees. Bake for one hour. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven with door open for one more hour. Spread cherry pie filling or fresh strawberries on top when cool. Very rich!

I give this recipe a 5-star review for ease of making and taste (AWESOME!!!), but with a caveat. The cooking instructions are way off. I followed them exactly and the 500°F part worked perfectly, but the rest of the cooking left the cake far from fully cooked. 200°F is not near enough temp to reach the middle in an hour. Only made it once but would suggest 225-250°F.

The cheesecake was great! The temperature is way off at 200. At this temperature it took two hours for it to fully cook. I would suggest 250 also.
