CHEESECAKE 
1 8" graham cracker crust shell
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 c. half & half cream
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding, uncooked

Prepare crumb pie shell. Place cream cheese in bowl and stir. Add 12/2 cup of cream and stir and blend. Add rest of cream and pudding. Beat with egg beater (2 minutes). Pour into pie crust shell and chill.
