SAUSAGE-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cooked macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. med. Cheddar cheese, chopped
1 tsp. brown sugar

Cook macaroni. Cook sausage and onions together until meat is brown; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted good. Can also use hamburger instead of sausage.
