HERSHEY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix (Golden Butter Fudge cake mix)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 layered cake pans. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING:

8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 Hershey bars, freeze until ready to use
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugars with cream cheese until smooth. Add Cool Whip, nuts, and finely chopped Hershey bars. Mix well and ice cake.
