GRANOLA 
4 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. bran
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. roasted soy beans
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cooking oil, honey and vanilla; heat together and add to rest of ingredients. Bake on cookie sheet or long flat pan for 20-30 minutes at 375 degrees, stirring up from bottom every 5-10 minutes.

Can be eaten as a snack or a cereal.
