SAVORY FETTUCINI AND HAM 
1/2 of a 1 lb. pack Creamette Fettucini
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked ham, cut in julienne strips
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. summer savory
1/2 tsp. pepper

Prepare Creamette Fettucini according to package directions. Drain.

In same large kettle, melt butter. Add ham and green onion, stir and cook 3 minutes. Stir in evaporated milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, summer savory, and pepper. Add hot cooked fettucini and toss well to coat. Serve immediately. 4-6 servings.
