HOT POTATO SALAD | |
4 cans potatoes (or 8 reg. potatoes, washed and drained) 1 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked 1/3 c. chopped onion 8 slices bacon 12 or 14 olives, sliced into 2 or 3 pieces each Salt and pepper Wash and drain potatoes. Microwave chunked Velveeta cheese until melted. Add mayonnaise, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Mix together. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Microwave bacon for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to take off some grease. Layer olive slices and pieces of bacon over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
