HOT POTATO SALAD 
4 cans potatoes (or 8 reg. potatoes, washed and drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
1/3 c. chopped onion
8 slices bacon
12 or 14 olives, sliced into 2 or 3 pieces each
Salt and pepper

Wash and drain potatoes. Microwave chunked Velveeta cheese until melted. Add mayonnaise, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Mix together. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Microwave bacon for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to take off some grease. Layer olive slices and pieces of bacon over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
