DANISH ROASTED POTATOES | |
Baking potatoes (sm.) 1 stick melted butter Parmesan cheese Fine bread crumbs Salt Peel potatoes. Using a serving spoon to hold the potato, cut slices (about 1/4 inch each), being careful to allow sides of spoon to prevent cutting completely through the potato. Place the potatoes in a buttered baking dish and brush each potato with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with fine bread crumbs (seasoned if you wish) and grated Parmesan cheese. Salt to taste and pour remaining melted butter over potatoes. Return to oven and bake 20 minutes longer. |
