CREOLE ROASTED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 chicken

Melt butter. Stir in contents of sauce mix envelope, tomato sauce and honey. Place chicken fillets or chicken breasts in baking dish. Spoon sauce over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer after spooning sauce over chicken. Serve with rice.
