QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN CREOLE 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. chicken, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Rice
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Shake of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Hot sauce, to taste

Heat oil in skillet. Stir in flour and cook until copper color. Reduce heat and add pepper and onion. Cook 10-15 minutes or until tender. Add chicken and remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.

Serve over rice. Add hot sauce to taste.
