CHICKEN - QUICK AND EASY 
2-3 lbs. chicken or your favorite pieces, cut up whole chicken
Pepper to taste
1 can cream soup
1 c. plain yogurt

Place the chicken in Dutch oven and cover with mixture of the soup and yogurt. Cover tightly and simmer 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Optional: You can brown both sides of the chicken and cook it in about 1 hour. Tuna can be used also.
