HAM - CHICKEN SUPREME 
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. liquified nonfat dry milk or skim milk
3 tbsp. sherry
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
4 thin slices boiled or baked ham
2 English muffins, halved
Snipped parsley

Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper onto milk in saucepan. Beat with rotary beater until blended. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add sherry and chicken and continue cooking about 5 minutes.
