FRUIT - STUFFED HAM 
6 to 7 lb. ready-to-eat ham
Peel of 1 med. sized lemon, finely grated
1 1/2 c. mixed dried fruit, coarsely chopped
Cloves
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooking sherry
Juice of lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut a hole through the center of the ham. Force the dried fruit through the hole, packing it as tightly as possible. Stud the ham with cloves. Bake with no liquid for 15 minutes.

Combine honey, brown sugar, sherry, and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until liquified, stirring occasionally. After the ham has been in the oven for 15 minutes, start basting. Bake the ham an additional 45 minute, basting every 15 minutes.
