HAM AND RICE SUEZ 
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. pimento strips
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. 1-inch ham cubes
1/4 c. dry cooking sherry
Salt and pepper

Combine mushrooms with their liquid to all other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 2-quart casserole at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake covered except last 10 minutes. Serves 6.
