MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1-1 1/2 lbs. extra sharp cheese
1 lb. elbow macaroni

Brown beef, then drain oil off. Boil macaroni until soft but not soggy, just until turns white, about 20 minutes. Cut up cheese into cubes; put in buttered or oiled baking dish. Add beef, macaroni and soup; mix well.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then take out and mix with spoon to distribute cheese (can add more cheese on top if desired). Continue baking another 15-20 minutes, then serve. Serves 6-8.
