MY EYE OF THE ROUND 
A good lean eye of the round roast (size depending on your family)
1 1/2 c. olive oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 c wine vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Cook your roast about 45 minutes per pound at 350 to 375 degrees, depending on how you like it. Cook in a deep brownie pan. Mix well all the above ingredients and pour over roast. (I put fork holes in roast to absorb the sauce.)

This same sauce can be used as a marinade for shish kabobs overnight in the refrigerator.
