BROCCOLI SUPREME 
2 pkgs. broccoli spears
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. V-8 juice
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
3/4 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli and drain (not too well done).

Combine soup, cream, V-8 juice and cook until hot. Stir constantly. Arrange broccoli in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over.

Combine melted butter with bread crumbs and spread over top of broccoli, then sprinkle with cheese. Preheated oven (400 degrees) 15 minutes.
