CHICKEN BREAST TOPPED WITH
SPINACH
 
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Enough milk to make white sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Pepper, to taste
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped & well drained
4-6 skinless, boned chicken breast, depending on size

Make white sauce and mix together with cheese and spinach. Dip chicken in more Parmesan cheese and place in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with spinach mixture and more Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
