WHIP CREAM ICING 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and milk; heat until smooth and thick. Mix shortening and butter; beat for 5 minutes. Add granulated sugar; beat 5 minutes. When flour and milk is completely cold, add to other mixture along with vanilla. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Makes enough for double layer cake.
