CHICKEN BREAST AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. raw long grained rice
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans celery soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. parsley (optional)
No salt in mixture
9 or 10 chicken breasts

You may add any of the following: 1 sm. onion (chopped)

Mix the above and place in large flat buttered pan. Dip chicken breasts in milk and arrange on top. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over each piece. Lightly salt just the chicken. Pour 1 teaspoon melted butter over each. Bake at 350 degrees 2 or more hours uncovered. Makes 9-10 servings.
