CREAMY CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE | |
6 boned chicken breasts 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. water or white wine 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix 1/3 c. melted butter Place first layer chicken in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Place second layer of sliced cheese on each breast. Third layer: mix soup and water and pour over cheese and meat. Fourth layer: layer stuffing mix. Fifth layer: Pour melted butter over top of mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. |
