CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1/2 env. onion soup mix
1 c. Minute Rice
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Butter casserole dish. Spread rice in bottom of dish. Place chicken breast on top. Mix soups and soup mix together and pour over other ingredients in dish. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
