FABULOUS SUPER FRIED ONION RINGS 
2 med. large onions, sliced
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
1/4 to 1/3 c. Matzoh meal
1/4 to 1/3 c. cream of rice
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. onion powder
4 to 6 oz. beer

Place sliced rings on paper towel while preparing other items. Put flour in a bag followed by the rings. Shake bag and set aside. Beat eggs in bowl or processor and add other ingredients including the flour; which was used in the bag.

Bring pan of oil to 375 degrees. Coat the flour dried rings with batter and fry until golden. If rings are small or thin, combine pieces for fuller rings or fry separately for thinner crispier pieces. Yields: 2 large plates full.
