WORCESTERSHIRE CHICKEN 
1 chicken cut into pieces or equivalent pieces
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. monosodium glutamate
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Blend all but chicken. Pour over chicken and let stand 1 hour or overnight. Redrench several times. Fry chicken in a skillet in a little oil as needed. Brush with remaining marinade while frying.
