JUICY APPLE PIE 
6 c. apples, sliced & peeled
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1 tbsp. butter
Milk

Fill pie shell with apples, pack down lightly. Combine next 6 ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Dot with butter. Brush top crust with milk. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
