ORANGE COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients and bake in two 8 inch layer pans at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Completely cool and split layers. Spread with following.

FILLING:

16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/4 c. sugar

Mix together and save 1 cup. Spread rest between layers. With the 1 cup saved, add 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Frost cake. Note: For a moist cake, prepare two days before serving.
