APRICOT SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. apricot jam or jelly

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, oats, and butter together. Remove 1 cup of crumbs. Press remainder into a 9-inch square pan. Spread jam over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
