LADY AMARETTO 
2 boxes Twinkies or 4-5 pkgs. lady fingers or 1 ready-made angel food cake
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. heavy cream for whipping
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
10 whole strawberries
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
Toasted slivered almonds
3/4 c. Amaretto

Layer bottom of trifle bowl with 1/3 of the Twinkies, cake, or lady fingers, that have been cut or torn into pieces. Sprinkle lightly with Amaretto.

Cream softened cream cheese with eggs, sugar and 1/3 to 1/2 cup Amaretto until smooth. Pour half of cream cheese mixture over Twinkies, top with half of sliced strawberries. Add another layer of Twinkies, cake or lady fingers, sprinkle with Amaretto.

Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries. Top with remaining Twinkies, cake or lady fingers and whipping, whipped until thick adding vanilla and powdered sugar. Decorate with whole fresh strawberries and almonds. Serves 8 to 12.
