SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter

Boil (don't over cook) potatoes. Peel and coarsely grate them. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Add cheese and stir in sour cream. Combine all ingredients and pour in a greased 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
