NOODLE-SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. uncooked noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Brown beef and chopped onion in the butter in a skillet. Drain drippings. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Boil noodles according to directions on package. Drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onion and green pepper.
