TUNA BAKE 
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. fat
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
10 1/2 or 11 oz. can chicken with rice soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook peppers and onion in hot fat until golden. Add salt and flour; blend. Add soup and milk and cook until sauce is thick, stirring constantly. Add flaked tuna and lemon juice. Pour mixture into greased baking dish and top with cheese swirls. Bake for 30 minutes.
