CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
4 chicken breasts or whole chicken

Cover chicken with water. Add 2 stalks celery and a small onion, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil until chicken will come off bones easily. Bone and skin chicken. Break meat into small pieces and put back in the broth.

Add: 16 oz. can tomatoes 2 onions, chopped 3 potatoes, diced 1 can baby lima beans 1 can white cream style corn 1 can white shoe peg corn 1 tsp. sugar Dash of Tabasco sauce Salt & pepper to taste

Simmer this for 2 to 3 hours.
