MEXICAN SUPREME ROLL-UPS 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
Flour tortillas
1/4 to 1/2 lbs. grated cheese

Brown meat and drain well. Add onion and cook until tender. Add seasonings. Stir in tomato paste and 1 to 1 1/2 cans of water. Add pinto beans and stir. Simmer 10 minutes.

Lightly grease oblong baking dish. Put about 3 tablespoon meat mixture in each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down. Top with cheese and bake at 325 degrees until cheese melts.
