MEXICAN ROLL-UPS 
1 lg. tub cream cheese, room temp.
6 green onions
Flour tortillas
Jalapeno peppers to taste
Dash of garlic powder
1 sm. can chopped black olives

Chop green onion including stem. Chop jalapenos. Drain olives. Stir onions, jalapenos and olives into cheese. Add garlic powder to taste. Spread mixture on one side of tortilla. Roll tortilla up. Cut into 1" roll-ups.
