1 can white tuna, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles

Mix all ingredients together, adding noodles last. Serve immediately on lettuce leaf. Serves 3.
