1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. ice cubes
Orange or pineapple sherbet

In blender combine all ingredients except ice and sherbet; blend well. Gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Scoop sherbet into glasses. Add juice mixture. Serve immediately.
