VEAL ALLA PIZZIOLA 
1 lb. veal cutlets (may use chicken)
2 cans whole tomatoes
3 lg. onions
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
Eggs

Dip cutlets in egg, bread with bread crumbs mixed with grated cheese (use equal amounts). Fry cutlets in vegetable oil.

In separate pan fry 3 peeled and sliced onions. When cutlets are brown on both sides, place on baking pan. Put a layer of onions on top and crushed tomatoes from can. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
