CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
4 double chicken breasts, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen broccoli
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooked rice

Cook and drain broccoli; arrange in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry in medium bowl; pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
