1 c. ricotta cheese 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella 1/4 c. grated Parmesan 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack refrigerator biscuits 20 thin slices pepperoni Combine cheeses. Halve each biscuit horizontally, forming 20 thin biscuits. Shape each slice into an oval. Place 1 slice pepperoni in center of each; top with 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold dough to enclose filling. Pinch edges carefully to seal. Moisten edges with milk, if needed. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm. |
