8 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 sticks butter (softened)

Cream well sugar and butter. Add eggs alternately with flour. Cook 1 hour and 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Use a tube pan.
