BEEF CASSEROLE DELIGHT 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 c. cubed American cheese
1/2 c. chopped green olives
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 oz. uncooked egg noodles
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter. Add tomatoes, undrained. Add all remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese. Simmer 20 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 12 servings
