WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. wild rice, cook & drain 1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. cream of celery soup 1 c. mushrooms, drained 1 c. (2 lb.) bean sprouts, drained 1 tbsp. soy sauce 2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cooked & chunked 1 1/4 lbs. hamburger, browned 1 c. water chestnuts, drained Cook wild rice in 2 teaspoons salt. Combine soups, rice, mushrooms, bean sprouts, soy sauce, chicken or hamburger and water chestnuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
