COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mushrooms & their juice
1 c. slivered almonds

Wash wild rice well. Cook in 4 cups boiling water until tender. Brown beef and onion. Blend all ingredients except almonds and bake in oiled casserole 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add almonds and bake 1/2 hour longer. This can be combined the day before.
